Due to the customized nature of our services, we do not offer refunds once an order is placed and work has commenced.
2. Project Adjustments
If you are dissatisfied with the final output, we will work with you to make reasonable adjustments within the agreed scope of work. Additional adjustments outside the original scope may incur extra charges.
3. Order Cancellations
Order can't be cancelled once placed since work gets commenced immediately after an order is placed.
4. Disputes
